Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order which has been placed online please contact us ASAP on info@petillantecollections.com. 

What materials are the Pétillante pieces made of?

All our jewellery pieces are 18kt Gold Plated. This means that you can shower with your jewellery on and wear them to the beach without losing the pétillante shine! 

Can I return my order?

You may return items within 30 calendar days in exchange for a voucher to be used on our site. Items must be in the condition you received them in, including all packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Pick-Up and Delivery

We currently have a pick-up option which is free of charge. 

We also offer delivery all over Malta with a €5 delivery fee. Free Delivery applies on orders over €70.

Warranty

At Pétillante, we offer a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date on all our pieces.
